Come up with a plan that you can work around your schedule, if its too much break it down in to smaller blocks. If your going to the gym you should spend more than on hour in there. Sure it’s ok if your more experienced but if your just starting out you will lose your motivation. Another thing you want to do when you go the gym is take action, there are many times when I have gone to the gym and saw people just sitting around doing nothing. I’m quite sure you didn’t pay gym membership to go in there and just sit around.
Don’t let ego’s get in the way of your workout. You must remember you are not there to impress anybody, but to get healthier. Once you have that in the back of your mind you will be able to go alot further.
