Cellulite Cure - Is There One?

Is there really a way to get rid of cellulite forever?

Cellulite is the cottage cheese looking bumps that you have seen on the arms, thighs and butts of men and women every where. You may have even those lumpy bumps on your own body! These bumps and lumps have created huge frustration and misery for so many of us when we evaluate our body’s appearance - especially when summer comes and we start wearing clothing that exposes more of our skin.

Who do you know that not looked for a way to make cellulite disappear? I can’t think of one person that has not struggled with cellulite - even my really thin friends.

Unfortunately whether or not you have cellulite appears to be linked almost entirely to a person’s genetic code. Being overweight can cause your cellulite to be more noticeable, but even if you are underweight you can still have visible cellulite.

If you are like me you may have spent lots of money on treatments to remove or decrease the appearance of your cellulite. So far I have not found anything that makes cellulite totally vanish. However I have found one way to make my cellulite not as big a deal in my life.

What did I do? I filled my diet with more healthy foods and I began getting more regular exercise. Taking better care of myself has helped me feel better about my overall appearance. And after following this regimen it appears that my cellulite has diminished and become less noticeable. My skin has gotten firmer and I have a healthy glow. My mental outlook on life has improved as well which makes me not focus so much on the negative aspects about my body.

So far in my life I have not found a way to make cellulite totally go away. I am sure that whoever discovers the total “cure” for cellulite removal will have created a product that will sell like crazy.

Until then, I will continue to live my life in a more healthy way. The lifestyle changes I made with my diet and work outs have given me so many more benefits that just reducing the appearance of my cellulite. I have more energy. I feel so much better. I have realized that my appearance is just a small part of what really matters in my life. And I know that I am doing the best I can with the genetics I was born with. I have put my cellulite frustration in its proper place in my life - a much smaller place — and that feels great!

Take Care,
Karin
